BTH4 – Bangkok to Hua Hin Bike Ride

TOUR HIGHLIGHT:

This tour takes you through the rich agricultural areas of the Central Plains, west and southwest of Bangkok to the serene beach of Hua Hin. Cycling route is on a beautiful back road with various views of numerous natural attractions, historical sites amidst clusters of typical Thai houses, lush fruit orchards, greenery coconut plantations, golden rice fields, farm villages, fishing villages to pineapple plantations.  All along the route, typical Thai lifestyle can be observed and shared.  

Visit the vibrant Damnoern Saduak Floating market and many amazing places of Samut Songkram province before enjoy the stunning mountain scenery and the bird sanctuary at Khao Sam Roi National Park including a relax time on sandy beach of Hua Hin where you can make an extension holiday on beach.

 

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Bangkok – Samut Songkram 
Ride 40 Km (Warm up day)

7.00 a.m. Transfer by van from Bangkok to Samut Songkram, Begin an easy warm-up cycling to explore the lush fruit orchards and coconut plantations to “Damnoern Saduak Floating Market” where merchants sell their wares from boats piled high with fresh fruit from the orchards or traditional dishes before continue cycling along lush plantations, calm canals, and the Mekong River, the source of water for thousands of farms in its basin to explore Thai lifestyle on the land with stop en route to visit many interesting places along the route. After lunch is your option to continue cycling or travel by van to resort where we stay tonight. After dinner tonight, let’s take a boat trip to travel along the canal side to visit a fantasyland of tiny fireflies that might make you feel like you stumbles the wonderland.

Overnight in Samut Songkram

Day 2:  Samut Songkram - Phetchaburi – Hun Hin  
Ride 70-80 Km

Today we ride head south through the mangrove forest of Phetchaburi and take a chance to see the real picture of agrarian communities in Thailand, full of fun, fruit and food. You pedal side by side with the calm sea to Cha am Beach. After lunch travel by van to Hua Hin, a famous beach resort. Here, you can sample its easy atmosphere, vibrant markets, or boutique shops.

Overnight in Hua Hin

Meal: B, L, D

 

Day 3:  Hua Hin - Ride 35- 45 Km

Half-day ride on the tranquil back streets and you can enjoy the seascape along the quiet beaches of Prachuap Khiri Khan and witnessing the marvelous mountain views of marine park, Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park” (Mountain with 300 peaks). After lunch, we walk up on nature trail of the park to explore an unseen Sai Cave lead by a local fisherman. Late afternoon is free to relax on Hua Hin beach.

Overnight in Hua Hin

Day 4:  Hua Hin - Bangkok

Free to relax in the morning. After lunch transfer back to Bangkok OR extend your holiday in Hua Hin. Arrive to Bangkok at about 16.00 p.m.

We provide good 24 gear hybrid Trek model 7300 with difference frame size. Just inform us about your height in advance before departure date, our staff will prepare the one that match for your height for make you fell comfortable while cycling.

 

Our well-stocked van OR 4WD truck will drive follow the riding group for carry supplies, drinking water, hot coffee & tea, snacks, fruits, bike tools and accessories, first aid kits and things you might need to use. This accompany van provide a welcome break when you have had enough peddling for the day OR for snacks, storage OR succor.

 

Our staff use two way radios for communicate each other while they’re working for help us have a smooth operation and can make a quick work in case it have any emergency.  

 

Daily cycling route and distance on each trip are flexible. It can be adjusted or changed to match your tasted OR level of your physical ability.
